Can I order from Curated Finds outside of Canada?
Yes. We currently ship within Canada and internationally to select countries, including the USA. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly prior to purchase for availability and a shipping quote.

What is a Pre-Order?
When Pre-Order is available, you may purchase a Curated Finds item before it arrives in stock. Your order will ship as soon as it becomes available.
How does Pre-Order work?
After completing a Pre-Order purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and an estimated shipment date.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. Pre-Order items ship according to the estimated timeline provided.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Do you offer bank transfer pricing?

Is shipping insured and will I need to sign?
Yes. Shipping includes coverage up to $100 CAD. Additional insurance is available upon request prior to shipment. Signature confirmation may be required for higher value orders.
What if my item arrives not as described?
We are committed to full transparency. If you believe your item was not accurately described, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and we will review the situation.
Do you offer holds or layaway?

Can I cancel my order?

How do I track my order?
