What is a Pre-Order?

When Pre-Order is available, you can purchase a Curated Finds item before it is in stock. Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available.

After completing a Pre-Order purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and an estimated shipment date.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. Pre-Order items ship according to the estimated timeline provided.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
