This website is operated by Curated Finds Co. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the store.
Products & Authenticity
All items sold are 100% authentic and verified through either a Certificate of Authenticity or a copy of the original receipt.
Curated Finds Co. is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of the brands we sell. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or invalid information.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
We may cancel or refuse orders that appear suspicious, high-risk, incomplete, or contain invalid shipping information, including P.O. Boxes.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Accepted payment methods include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and other approved payment methods.
Insurance & Risk of Loss
Standard carrier insurance (up to C$100) is included with most shipments.
Buyers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for full protection.
Curated Finds Co. is not responsible for loss or damage once an order has shipped if additional insurance is not purchased.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Duties & Taxes
Canada: GST/HST/PST applies at checkout.
United States: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any applicable courier or carrier brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are collected by the carrier or U.S. Customs upon delivery.
International: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance, and any applicable courier or carrier brokerage fees required by their country.
Refused or abandoned packages due to unpaid duties, taxes, or fees will not be refunded.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds.
Customers are encouraged to ask all questions prior to purchase.
Intellectual Property
All logos, product photos, and content on this website are the property of Curated Finds Co. and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
