Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Express Shipping Available Upon Request. Please contact us prior to purchase for availability and pricing.


For oversized, heavy, or high-value items requiring additional shipping or insurance coverage, please contact us prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote.


Insurance

Shipping insurance covering the full order value is the responsibility of the buyer and must be purchased prior to shipment.

Most carriers include up to C$100 of basic coverage. For high-value items, additional insurance is required.

If full shipping insurance is not purchased, the buyer assumes all risk once the order has shipped. Curated Finds Co. is not responsible for loss or damage for shipments sent without full insurance coverage.

If PayPal is selected as the payment method at checkout or on the invoice, full shipping insurance covering the total order value is mandatory. The buyer must confirm insurance coverage in writing prior to shipment. Orders will not ship until insurance is confirmed.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at the discretion of Curated Finds Co.

All import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any applicable courier or carrier fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
These fees are assessed by U.S. Customs or the carrier upon delivery.

International

Flat Tracked International Shipping (UPS, 10–30 business days)

Express options available at checkout for select countries.

Buyers are responsible for all duties, VAT, customs clearance, and any applicable courier or carrier fees required by their country.


Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or weather conditions beyond our control.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the shipment is in the hands of the carrier.

Curated Finds Co. is not responsible for delivery delays, lost or stolen parcels, or missed deliveries caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but has not been received, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
We will always do our best to assist, but final delivery is managed by the carrier.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

Canada: GST/HST/PST applies at checkout.

United States: Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees.

International: Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and courier delays.

Refused or abandoned packages due to unpaid duties or fees will not be refunded.

We may contact you to verify details or decline orders that appear high-risk or incomplete, including orders shipping to P.O. Boxes.
